Shipping

Shipping Destinations. Orders are currently shipped only to the fifty United States. No exceptions are being made at this time. If you would like to receive a shipment outside of the destinations listed, we recommend having a third party order and receive a shipment in the continental United States and then forward the shipment to you.
Shipping Time. Orders are normally shipped from our West Hazelton, Pennsylvania warehouse. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business day of order placement. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 business days delivery time from date of order placement.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using UPS Ground Service or Fedex Ground Service. Orders are normally shipped from our West Hazelton, Pennsylvania warehouse.
Shipping Costs. Shipping is free to the continental United States.
Damage During Shipping
Damaged Shipments. Shipments damaged from handling must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a report. We will process all claims and provide a replacement or a credit. You must notify us within 30 days of the invoice date in order to receive a refund or replacement. - The order number we provided
- Any report number provided by the carrier

Shortages During Shipping
Short Shipments. For shipments that have missing items, we will process all claims and provide a replacement or a credit. You must notify us within 30 days of the invoice date in order to receive a refund or replacement. Contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. - The order number we provided
- Any report number provided by the carrier
- Description of the missing item(s)

Returns
Manufacturers Defects
If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (with "DEFECT" in the subject field). You must notify us within 90 days of the date of the sale in order to receive a refund or replacement. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. We may send replacement parts or hardware instead of replacing the product. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 30 days to return the item(s). No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Return Merchandise Policy
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the date of the sale to receive refunds. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time return instructions and a Product Return Form will be sent to you. Once you have received our Product Return Form, you have 30 days from the invoice date to return the item(s). No packages will be accepted without a Product Return Form included with the item(s). Products being returned must have a Product Return Form issued before being returned.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
- All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
- Original packaging.
If you are returning a product for a refund, the item must be unused, in a new and resalable condition, and returned with the following conditions:
- All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.) returned.
- Returned in the original packaging.
- Any returned item deemed not to be in resalable condition (clean without signs of use) will not be eligible for credit or refund.
- Once your return has been inspected, please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase.
- Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund.
- Items returned beyond 30 days of the invoice date are subject to a 25% restocking fee:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Return the Product Return Form with the item(s).
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
